The
restaurant named “KinaBuch’s” is a meaningful name of
restaurant which is “Kina” means to easily identify the specific
place of the restaurant and the word “Buch’s” is the name of
the owner of the restaurant which is half Russian and American and
its wife was pure Filipino. The ambiance of this restaurant is very
nice, when you see it, its fresh in our eyes to see their
surroundings of their restaurant. The customers and guest that come
in this restaurant was came from different countries, like German,
China, France ,and like us Filipino because this restaurant was near
in airport and we can see that the customer who come in this
restaurant was enjoying their meals because the staff of KinaBuch’s
restaurant was good in service, they give their all attention to the
customer and all the staff in KinaBuch’s restaurant was an HM
student, like I experience the staff who served us was an HM student,
He’s name is Alex, a working student who studied in Palawan State
University that hardly working in this restaurant and he has a good
service to the customer. The style of this restaurant is native and
because of that it is the one of the popular restaurant in the city
of Puerto Princesa which is highly recommended and there’s so many
customer visited in this restaurant in evening and they treat a
customer like an special guest and the personal appearance and
grooming of the staff who worked in KinaBuch’s restaurant was neat
and clean, and their uniform was very simple and they have a good
attitude like friendly and always smile and they assist their
customer very nice.
Most of the decor of the restaurant was made of cultural decor and their chair was made of rattan and they have a long dining table in the center of their restaurant and we can see that the customer who comes in this restaurant was enjoying because the staff was treat their customer nice and we can see that they applied respect in doing their work and they are responsible for their guest and customer who come in this restaurant and when you ordered a food they served it on time and I like their rest room because the girls rest room was far from the boys rest room and it’s very clean and sanitize and their cuisine performance was good and the preparation of their food was clear and clean and all the materials that they used in cooking inside of their kitchen was arrange properly, clean and sanitize and we can see near to the kitchen the beverages area that was arrange very clear and its view was good to watch it in front. There’s so many restaurant in our city and they have a different services for their customer and guest, “KinaBuch’s restaurant” was very simple and refreshing area and they are all good in customer services.
